Honestly, who wants to cook inside when the weather is perfect for being outdoors? With an outdoor kitchen, you can make the most of those sunny days without missing a beat. If you’re a family that loves soaking up every season to the fullest, an outdoor kitchen is definitely something worth investing in. Fire up the grill, breathe in the fresh air, and let the good times roll—right in your own backyard!

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you plan and install your outdoor kitchen:

1. Plan the Layout

  • Choose the location: Find a flat, stable area where you love to be. Concrete, stone, or deck are all good choices.

  • Design a layout: We can help you plan and design your space that includes the work triangle (grill, prep area, sink) and how you move between these areas to get the best use of counter, storage, and space for seating. Or maybe you want only a cabinet beside your smoker for pellets and a small countertop.

2. Choose Appliances

  • Grill: BBQ, smoker, pizza oven, or green egg

  • Sink: Keeps the clean up outside.

  • Refrigerator: A must for storing drinks and ingredients.

  • Storage: Cabinets or drawers to store utensils, cookware, smoking pellets, etc.

  • Counter space: Essential for meal preparation and serving.

3. Decide on Materials and Style

  • Cabinets and Storage: Marine-grade materials are designed for all outdoor environments.

  • Countertops: Choose weather-resistant materials like porcelain, granite, concrete, or stainless steel.

4. Prepare Utilities if adding them

  • Gas: If you're installing a gas grill or stove.

  • Water: if you're installing a sink.

  • Electricity: if you're installing electrical outlets for appliances like refrigerators, appliances, lights , etc.

5. Start the Kitchen Install

  • Installation: Install cabinetry onsite using our outdoor-safe weatherproof materials.

  • Template countertops: Template for countertop after cabinets are installed..

  • Install the Appliances: Set up your grill, sink, and refrigerator.

After the kitchen in installed, the cabinets are measured for countertops then fabricated off site and installed at a later date.

6. Add your Final Touch & Enjoy Your Outdoor Kitchen

  • Lighting: Install outdoor lighting above the prep area and cooking stations.

  • Seating: Add comfortable seating around the kitchen for guests.

Personalize with accessories and organize as pre-planned, once everything is set up, start cooking and start entertaining outdoors and create your own outdoor dining experience.
